On the left map you can navigate an interactive map showing you all the relevant companies that acted in the media scenario from December 2007 onwards.
The map is organized as follows:
Companies appear if referred to in any news in the specific time period. Clicking on the logo of the company you can find all the reference news related to that company.
Furthermore all logos do show the following information:
Finally the logos may be linked with other ones. That means there’s a commercial partnership between those companies.
The goal of this map is to show where the media sector is moving, giving a snapshot of all main actors and summarizing in one place all relevant news.
This map can be used by advertising and corporate people to know where the media sector is focused, which technologies are emerging, how the final market will act due to solutions provided by those companies.
But this map could also be an interactive semantic map for marketing communication, based on worldly news. Very soon I’ll also provide a semantic analysis of it, for deeper knowledge of what’s happening above our heads.
