I firmly believe in the indissoluble relationship between values and people. Companies and individuals do have their economic, social and cultural function and only through those it is possible to create synergies, to develop plans, to grow financially and ethically.

My first application is in the development of the first (world-wide) system for the evaluation and management of the knowledge and the competences in the organization. This managerial instrument is also leading to a double evolution: in organizational field, developing the first method to calculate the economic value of knowledge, and, in the public Internet, developing the first semantic search engine.

The second application is in the advanced application of values in the communication field. I am therefore engaged in the launch of the first city of the world (Venice) that, setting its representative brand of its own cultural and economical values, has decided to tie itself in partnership with Italian and foreign companies in order to develop plans of common increase into the international market. This chosen formula is the first "plannable sponsorship" (through above-the-line methodologies) and its application will soon be extended to other touristic attractions.
Advanced communication media are also those that interrelate communication and arts, communication and alternative media, communication and the digital world.

Speaking about people, in the last period I have been in charge of a network of professionals, working in Italian and international organizations, whose aim is to favour (with the dialogue, the exchange and the collaboration) the maintenance or the implementation of each one's and the group's professional and managerial qualities. This community, as many others existing in the Internet, wishes to develop into an “organization net”, where all the people and all the present competences could become suitable elements to develop innovation, to test new ideas, to realize dreams.

Final note: it is right that one is driven by his own vision and has the opportunity to succeed in it, but currently the delivery of economic value must be part of the coherent presence of the person in the market.
Everything starts from the person, especially now that the system obliges us to preserve our digital identity, may be more than the physical one. One has to turn his vision, his values into a general and many specific policies, not as an imposition of the self but as his continuous adaptation to the environment in which he operates. It is self-marketing, where it is important to know the market, its needs, its trends, and become a chameleon, but always the same one. Thus, starting from a general scenario and going towards my personal scenario, I'm continuing to work to connect them, adapting the second to the first.
